Golden Ludo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are written in English (United States). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Ludo (“Golden Ludo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
Golden Ludo enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward offensive content and misconduct. Users who violate this policy may be subject to account or device-level bans. Offensive content includes, but is not limited to, pornography, violence, gambling, hate speech, harassment, child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM), and any illegal activities.
You may report such users through our reporting mechanisms. We will review all reports within 24 hours.
Summary
You should read these Terms in full, as they apply each time you access Golden Ludo and govern the relationship between users interacting with Golden Ludo and the Golden Ludo brand, products, and services (collectively, the “Golden Ludo Services” or “Services”). By accessing or using the Golden Ludo Services, you agree to these Terms. For your convenience, we have summarized some key points below:
1. Age Restriction: If you are under the age of 18, you must not use the Golden Ludo Services. Golden Ludo is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register for, access, or use our Services.
2. We are not responsible for any materials or statements posted by you while using Golden Ludo, and we do not actively monitor content on your personal device. However, if we become aware of or are notified of any inappropriate activity, we may, at our sole discretion, remove such content.
3. You agree not to use Golden Ludo for any unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or discriminatory purposes.
4. Golden Ludo maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization of minors.
Full Legal Terms
Golden Ludo is a free-to-use social gaming application that provides features such as playing games with friends and voice chatting. Within the application, you may meet new people, play games, participate in live streams, join live rooms, and send virtual gifts.
It is designed to be an enjoyable platform, and it is important to us (and to you) to maintain a safe and friendly environment. Therefore, you agree to use Golden Ludo only in a manner that is consistent with its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to your use of Golden Ludo at all times, regardless of whether you choose to register an account. Please read them carefully. By accessing, using, registering for, or receiving any services provided through Golden Ludo (the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept or agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the application or website.
1. Privacy and Security
We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that we do not share any registration data or other personal information (collectively, “Personal Information”) provided by you, except where required by applicable law, where necessary to fulfill your instructions, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information on how we process your Personal Information. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your voluntary or inadvertent disclosure of Personal Information to third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide through the Services may be viewed, accessed, or shared by other users of the Services.
You hereby expressly consent to us contacting you using the telephone number and/or original ID you provided during registration. You agree that we may contact you via phone calls and/or SMS messages. You acknowledge that any such communications sent by us do not constitute unsolicited or spam communications, and do not violate any applicable “Do Not Call” registry or equivalent preference service to the extent permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration data and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through your account and the Services, whether initiated by you or by any third party. You shall not share your password or other account details with any third party. Your account is non-transferable and may not be assigned/sold to any third party. We assume no liability for any losses that may result from the use of your password or account by others, whether with or without your knowledge.
Other users (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene content on the Services, and you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene content. Others may also obtain your Personal Information in public forums as a result of your use of the Services, and recipients of such information may use it to harass or harm you. We do not endorse such unauthorized use; however, by using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the use of any Personal Information that you publicly disclose or share with others on the Services. Please exercise caution in choosing the types of information you publicly disclose or share with others on the Services or through the Services on other social platforms (including Facebook, etc.).
2. Sharing Your Content and Information
You may post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available various types of content through Golden Ludo, including photos, messages, and other materials (collectively, “Content”). You retain ownership of the Content and information that you submit, post, or share through the Services. However, to help maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users, you agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available any Content that:
a. Contains, depicts, promotes, exploits, sexualizes, or otherwise improperly involves any person under the age of 18, including any content that may constitute or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE/CSAM).
b. Contains profanity, abusive, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable language, or content that is intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, embarrass, distress, alarm, or annoy another person.
c. Contains obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content that may violate human dignity or the rights of others;
d. Contains abusive, insulting, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content, or promotes, encourages, or incites racism, sexism, hatred, intolerance, or prejudice;
e. Promotes, encourages, facilitates, or involves any unlawful activity, including but not limited to terrorism, violent extremism, incitement to hatred or violence, fraud, or conduct that may constitute a criminal offense;
f. Is defamatory, false, misleading, or otherwise harmful to the reputation or rights of any individual or entity;
g. Promotes or facilitates commercial activities, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, solicitation, sales, contests, promotional campaigns, links to external commercial websites, or premium-rate telephone services, without our prior written authorization;
h. Contains, transmits, distributes, or facilitates the sending of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar communications;
i. Contains any spyware, viruses, corrupted files, worms, or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, telecommunications, network, server, or other device, or any Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept, or misappropriate any data or Personal Information, whether from Golden Ludo or elsewhere;
j. By its nature or the manner of its posting, infringes the rights of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights);
k. Depicts others without their consent in its creation or distribution;
l. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Golden Ludo, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you (just as you are under no obligation to provide them);
m. Please use common sense when selecting content you choose to post or send on Golden Ludo, as you are solely responsible for such content and bear all related liability;
n. You shall not solicit, attempt to solicit, or engage in any communication with any user whom you know or have reason to believe is under 18 years of age. If you discover that another user is under 18 years of age, you must immediately report such user to Golden Ludo.
3. Protecting the Rights of Others
We respect the rights of others and do our best to keep Golden Ludo safe, and we expect you to do the same.
a. You will not post content or take any action on Golden Ludo that infringes or violates the rights of others or otherwise violates the law.
b. If we believe that content or information you have posted violates these Terms or our policies, we may remove it.
c. If we remove your content because it infringes someone else's copyright and you believe we removed it in error, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
d. If you repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
e. You will not use our copyrights or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks unless expressly permitted by our Brand Use Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
f. If you collect information from users, you will: obtain their consent, clearly indicate that it is you (and not Golden Ludo) collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
g. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Golden Ludo.
h. You will not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without their consent.
i. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Notices). If you believe that any content posted on Golden Ludo infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with a written notice containing the following information: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material and its location on Golden Ludo; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement that the notice is accurate and made under penalty of perjury. 4. Registration and Account
You understand and acknowledge that you may register on the Services only after complying with the above requirements and providing a valid email ID, social networking site ID, or mobile phone number.
You will be required to enter your email ID, social networking site ID, or mobile phone number on the Services, after which you will complete registration.
After completing the verification process as set forth above, you will be granted access to Golden Ludo.
To use the Services, you are required to provide registration data to Golden Ludo. You may not impersonate any other person or provide account information, email addresses, or any other information that does not belong to you. We assume no liability for any false, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect registration data you provide.
If there is any change to the said registration data, you shall promptly update your registration data on your account to ensure that communications we intend to send to you are delivered to you in a timely manner and not sent to any other entity or third party.
Golden Ludo will store the registration data you provide in order to contact you regarding all matters related to the Services. If there is any change to the registration data provided, you may notify us in a timely manner.
We may send any information to the mobile phone number or original ID you registered with us as registration data.
We only permit you to open one account per email ID/social networking site ID/mobile phone number.
You shall not transfer your account to anyone without obtaining our prior written permission.
If there is any unauthorized use of your account, you shall promptly notify us at goldenludofeedback@gmail.com. If you are unable to access your account, please promptly notify us at goldenludofeedback@gmail.com and request in writing that your account be blocked.
4A. Age Restrictions and Child Protection
4A.1 Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Golden Ludo does not permit any individual under 18 years of age (a "Minor") to register for, access, or use the Services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4A.2 Prohibition on Minor Users. Golden Ludo does not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under 18 years of age. If we discover that a Minor has registered an account or has provided Personal Information to us, we will: ● (a) immediately terminate the Minor's account; ● (b) delete all Personal Information associated with the Minor's account from our servers; ● (c) retain account records to prevent re-registration.
4A.3 Parent/Guardian Reporting. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor and you believe that your child has created an account on Golden Ludo without your consent, please contact us immediately at goldenludofeedback@gmail.com. We will take prompt action to delete the Minor's account and all related information.
4A.4 Zero Tolerance for CSAE. Golden Ludo has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. Any user found to create, share, upload, or distribute CSAE content will be permanently banned, and we will report such activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Users who discover any CSAE content on Golden Ludo should report it immediately to goldenludofeedback@gmail.com with the subject line "CSAM Report."
4A.5 Prohibited Minor-Related Activities. Including but not limited to: ● Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation; ● Content involving sexual fetishization of minors (including discussion, sexualized role-play, or wearing sexualized clothing); ● Any form of child nudity or sexualized depiction (including artistic representations such as drawings and animations); ● Violent threats, encouragement, or acts directed toward minors; ● Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors; ● Depiction or encouragement of dangerous activities involving minors; ● Presence of minors in livestreams, videos, or any other form of content; ● Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors; ● Attempting to falsify age to access the platform.
4A.6 False Age Information. Providing false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we determine that you have provided false age information, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate your account, delete all related data, and prohibit you from creating any future accounts.
5. Termination
If you violate the Terms, or otherwise create a risk or possible legal exposure for us, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time without liability and without prior notice to you or refund of any unused services, to:
a. Suspend or revoke your registration (where applicable) and your right to access and/or use Golden Ludo or submit any content to Golden Ludo;
b. Use any available operational, technical, legal, or other means to enforce the Terms (including but not limited to blocking specific IP addresses);
c. We will attempt (but are under no obligation) to notify you if your Golden Ludo access and/or your profile has been or will be suspended or terminated.
d. If you have registered on Golden Ludo, you may terminate your registration at any time by going to "Settings" on Golden Ludo after logging in and selecting the "Delete Account" link. We will retain your profile information in case you later decide to restore your account. Many users deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons and expect us to maintain their information during such periods until they return to Golden Ludo. Therefore, you will be able to fully restore your account and profile within 30 days of deactivation. After 30 days, we will permanently delete all your data. Once your registration is terminated, we are entitled to delete any relevant content you have submitted or uploaded to Golden Ludo. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
e. Data Deletion Integrity Statement: Although we will make reasonable efforts to delete all your data, due to technical reasons (such as caches and backup systems), some information may not be immediately or completely removed from all systems. We may retain necessary archived copies as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
f. Virtual Item Forfeiture. For the avoidance of doubt, regardless of the reason for termination of your account, all virtual items in your account shall automatically expire in accordance with Section 10.d, without refund or compensation from us.
6. Proprietary Rights to Content on Golden Ludo
a. Golden Ludo does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, musical works, literary works, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the Golden Ludo Services. By displaying or posting ("Posting") any Content on or through the Golden Ludo Services, you hereby grant Golden Ludo a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and translate such Content, including but not limited to distributing part or all of the website through any media channels, except that Content not shared publicly ("Private") will not be distributed outside the Golden Ludo Services.
b. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content you Post on or through the Golden Ludo Services, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this Section; (ii) the Posting and use of your Content on or through the Golden Ludo Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contractual rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person; and (iii) the Posting of your Content on the website will not result in a breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing to any person by reason of the Content you Post on or through the Golden Ludo Services.
c. The Golden Ludo Services contain Content of Golden Ludo ("Golden Ludo Content"). Golden Ludo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and Golden Ludo owns and retains all rights in the Golden Ludo Content and the Golden Ludo Services. Golden Ludo hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the Golden Ludo Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the website and using the Golden Ludo Services.
d. The Golden Ludo Services contain Content of users and other Golden Ludo licensors. Except as provided in this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Golden Ludo Services.
e. Golden Ludo performs technical functions necessary to provide the Golden Ludo Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use in the Golden Ludo Services.
f. While the website and other Golden Ludo Services are generally available, from time to time the website or other Golden Ludo Services may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to telecommunications link and equipment failures beyond Golden Ludo's control. Additionally, although Golden Ludo will generally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, Golden Ludo reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted Content may be stored by Golden Ludo to comply with certain legal obligations and cannot be retrieved without a valid court order. Accordingly, Golden Ludo encourages you to maintain your own backups of your Content. In other words, Golden Ludo is not a backup service. Golden Ludo shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Golden Ludo Services, or the loss of any Content.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Ludo expressly excludes:
a. All conditions, representations, warranties, and other terms which may be implied by statute, common law, or equity; and
b. Any liability whatsoever incurred by you in connection with your use of Golden Ludo, its Services, or these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, of whatever nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (howsoever arising, including negligence), loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by computer or electronic viruses, loss of revenue or profits, loss of or damage to property, wasted management or office time, breach of contract, or third-party claims, or any other loss of any type or nature, arising out of or in connection with the use of Golden Ludo, even if Golden Ludo has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to any disabling device or transmission of viruses that may infect your device, mechanical or electrical equipment or communication line failures, telephone or other interconnect problems (e.g., your inability to access your internet service provider), unauthorized access, theft, personal injury (not caused by our negligence), property damage, operator errors, strikes or other labor issues, or any force majeure event in connection with Golden Ludo, including but not limited to any loss of revenue or earnings, loss of profits or contracts, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, wasted management or office time, and any other loss or damage of any kind, howsoever arising, whether in tort (including but not limited to negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, whether directly or indirectly caused.
c. For the avoidance of doubt, Golden Ludo neither assumes any obligation or liability for or in connection with your activities, nor is Golden Ludo liable for any error, defamatory remarks, slander, libel, omissions, false information, obscene content, pornographic content, profane content, dangerous content, or inaccurate information arising from your use of the Services. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Golden Ludo will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authority or court order requesting or directing Golden Ludo to disclose the identity of any user engaged in illegal activities.
d. The limitations of liability shall not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Ludo, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from:
(i) your use of and access to the Golden Ludo Services;
(ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms;
(iii) your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any copyright, property, or privacy right;
(iv) any claim that your user status submission caused damage to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Golden Ludo Services. We do not support or encourage illegal drinking or smoking, just so you know.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
a. Post the updated Terms on the application and update the "Last Revised" date at the top of the page;
b. If the changes involve material matters (such as age restrictions, data usage, limitations of liability, etc.), we will notify you in advance through one of the following methods:
● In-app push notifications;
● Email notifications to your registered email address;
● In-app pop-ups displayed prominently;
c. For material changes, we will obtain your express consent through in-app pop-ups or other means. If you choose not to accept the modified Terms, you will no longer be able to continue using our Services, and this Agreement will terminate accordingly.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. Final Sale. All virtual items purchased through Golden Ludo (including but not limited to coins, diamonds, gifts, props, and other virtual goods) are final sale. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once virtual items are delivered to your account, you are deemed to have accepted such items, whether or not they have been consumed. You acknowledge and agree that virtual items are not legal tender and have no monetary value.
b. Consumable Items. You expressly understand and agree that consumed virtual items (such as gifts already sent, props already used, games already participated in, etc.) cannot be restored, revoked, or refunded. Any consumed items are non-refundable.
c. Legally Mandated Refunds. If applicable law (such as EU consumer protection laws, Australian consumer laws, etc.) expressly provides you with a statutory right to a refund, we will process your refund request in accordance with the law. In such cases, you must contact our customer service (goldenludofeedback@gmail.com) within 14 days from the date of purchase and provide reasonable supporting documentation. Upon verification that your request meets the statutory refund conditions, we will refund you via the original payment method.
d. Virtual Items Upon Account Termination. Regardless of the reason (including your voluntary account cancellation, our termination of your account due to your violation of these Terms, or any other reason), upon termination of your account, all virtual items in your account (including but not limited to coins, diamonds, gifts, props, etc.) will automatically expire, become unrecoverable, and we will not issue any refund or compensation. You may not assert any rights against us on this basis.
e. Fraudulent or Erroneous Transactions. If you discover an unauthorized transaction in your account, or if our technical error results in an overcharge, please contact customer service immediately. Upon verification and confirmation, we will correct the error within a reasonable time (including issuing a refund or re-issuing virtual items).
f. Third-Party Payment Channels (e.g., Apple). If you make purchases through third-party payment channels such as the Apple App Store, and you believe we have failed to comply with applicable warranties, you may apply for a refund through such third-party payment channel. However, you understand and agree that such refunds are limited to the payments you made for the Service itself (if any) and do not apply to any in-app virtual item top-ups. We are not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party payment channels.
g. Price Errors. We reserve the right to correct any displayed pricing errors at any time. If you purchase virtual items due to our pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel such transaction and refund the amount you paid.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. Governing Law. These Terms and the relationship between you and Golden Ludo shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b. Courts. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Hong Kong. You agree to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
c. Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, representative action, or any other consolidated proceeding.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed by a Force Majeure Event, in which case our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
For the purposes of these Terms, "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event arising from any cause beyond Golden Ludo's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, riots, strikes, governmental actions, cyberattacks, and telecommunications or power outages.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Ludo regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and proposals. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
